I.M.O.K. does not guarantee or promise you to receive your package by any particular date regardless of method of shipping selected.

BY ORDERING FROM THIS SITE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN. ONLY STORE CREDIT.

If there is a defect, I.M.O.K. will only replace the defect item with the same item upon return of the defective item. I.M.O.K. is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (Airborne Express, UPS etc).

All unauthorized returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be advised that I.M.O.K. does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date. You may e-mail us to inquire on stock/ back order status of a particular item.

Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by I.M.O.K. are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with the tags still attached. If the product returned is being exchanged for a different size or color, I.M.O.K. will provide for the shipping cost of the new item.

ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
BY ORDERING THROUGH THIS WEB SITE YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I.M.O.K. reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any stage of the ordering/shipment process.

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:
Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. Next day shipments are sent via UPS. Next day service is not guaranteed by I.M.O.K.
Next day orders are sent out after order processing. If next day service is selected, customer assumes all liabilities for wrong sizes, and re-shipment will be provided by I.M.O.K. only at normal delivery. Overnight orders are in no way guaranteed by I.M.O.K. I.M.O.K. will try to accommodate all overnight orders, but no guarantees are made.
No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday, unless special arrangement are made with I.M.O.K.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:
All items purchased from I.M.O.K. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
